From Sept.28 to Oct. 9,  Dr. Tao , chairman of Taos Electric, and a member of International Strategy Seminar of China’s Ministry of Commerce,  visited Europe for compliance research along with other forty entrepreneurs from well-known organizations. Professor Wang Zhile,  Chinese famous economist , researcher of  China’s Ministry of Commerce and the Institute director of Beijing New Century Transnational Corporation led the study tour.

The trip covered 5 countries: Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Italy . The seminar members visited the headquarter of EU and OECD, UNCHAD  international bodies;    learnt the current situations and tendencies of investment and M&A ,the development of global economy;  Listened  the new changes of < Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises>by OECD,  the practice of the compliance and responsibilities that OECD countries set for enterprises.  Meanwhile, They discussed with the executives of multinational enterprises such as Nestle, Sowell,  Zoomlion’s Italy CIFA etc. on international strategy, the compliance management and sustainable development to learn successful experience of  corporations’  internationalization.

It is an upgrade version to the last study tour to five well-known international enterprises in 2014:  Siemens, Daimler-Benz AG， Voith Group and  Danone Group,  as well as Electricite De France. Concern compliance,  propel  compliance, strengthen  compliance,  to convoy enterprises’ sustainable development.
