At the invitation of Francois Hollande, president of France, President Xi Jinping paid a state visit to France with his wife, Mrs Peng Liyuan,  from 25th to 27th, March local time. On 27th March, Mr. Xi gave a keynote speech on the commemoration congress of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France. Mr. Tao, president of Taos Electric, was invited to accompany President Xi to witness the grand event.

This state visit to France had an epoch marking significance on Sino-France relations, which promoted the communication of entrepreneurs from two countries, enriched the bilateral trade and economic relations as well as made small and medium-sized enterprises more active.

The speech of President Xi received a warm welcome at the congress. “China has already woke up, it is a lion, but it is a peace-loving, kind and civilized lion”, Xi said, which once again expressed China’s target of peaceful development and renaissance.
