On January 28, 2013, Taos Electric successfully held a tea party as company annual convention 2012.  The staff of Shanghai headquarters gathered together to review their work of respective positions in 2012 and share outlook on company future and development blueprint of 2013.    

Mr. Tao, the chairman of Taos Electric,  talked about the source of the company chinese name  “通士”  which was originated from “Hsun Tzu”: “To respect the monarch, be able to caress the people, be able to deal with things, be able to deal with the incident, so that it can be called a reasonable person, can be called a “通士”.   Mr. Tao proposed basic requirements for “Taos people”: first of all is morality, each people should be mutual respect & understanding，full of gratitude;  second is ability,  Mr. Tao required that “Taos people” should be able to deal with various difficulties and challenges skillfully, find problems and solve problems smoothly.

Meanwhile,  Mr. Tao fully affirmed the hard work and efforts of all staff  in the past year, praised Taos’ marketing team for pioneering and dedication at the frontline of market development and the professional spirit of ecstasy , also emphasized that being a Taos ,we should think to give more and serve better in the future . Leaders and colleagues from various departments made active speeches on numerous suggestions of the company future development, teamwork, and working efficiency improvement. In warm and friendly atmosphere, colleagues from different departments further unified understanding, strengthened communication.

At the dinner party,  Taos people including sales personnels who fought at the frontline and the logistic forces who supported behind joined together， chatting, laughing, drinking. With full glasses of wine, we proposed best wishes for the company, colleagues and the future,  to bid farewell to 2012 together,  welcome the hopeful 2013!
